Return and Refund

Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered. This policy helps us ensure the safety, hygiene, and quality of our products for all customers.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with the following details:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

This will help us quickly review and resolve the issue.

Resolution

After reviewing the issue, if approved, a replacement will be delivered in 7-10 business days.

Important Note

Requests for refunds or replacements made after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number so we can process the request before dispatch.

After Shipment

Once the order has been shipped, cancellations will no longer be possible.

Refund Timeline

If a cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
